💡 The short version: ShopIm does not collect your photos or any information about the files you process. Your images never leave your computer. We only collect your email address (when you download the Trial, make a purchase, or sign up for updates) and anonymous license activation data.

a) Email address (Trial download)
Downloading the Trial edition requires providing an email address via the form on shopim.pl. The address is stored in Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France — data processed within the EU), tagged with the source "trial_download." Purpose: delivering the download link, notifying you of updates, and sending a discount code for the full version. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or by writing to contact@shopim.pl.
b) Email address (launch notification list)
If you sign up for launch notifications without downloading the Trial, your email address is stored in Brevo. The purpose and legal basis are the same as in (a) above.
c) Purchase data (license purchase)
Purchases are handled by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA) as Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy collects the data necessary to process your payment (email address, billing details). ShopIm's developer receives only your email address and order number — solely for license management and support purposes. For details, see the LemonSqueezy Privacy Policy.
d) License activation data (desktop application)
When you activate your license, the ShopIm application sends the following to LemonSqueezy: your license key and an anonymous installation identifier (a hardware-derived hash containing no personal data). No photos or files processed by the application are ever transmitted to any server.
e) Website analytics (shopim.pl)
shopim.pl does not use Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking tools. Standard server logs (IP address, date, HTTP request) are retained by the hosting provider for a maximum of 30 days.

We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — EU residents may contact the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) or the authority in your country of residence.
shopim.pl uses only technically necessary cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
All communication with the website and our API is encrypted via HTTPS. Email data is stored with Brevo in accordance with their security certifications (ISO 27001).
We will notify you of any material changes by email (if we hold your address) or by posting an announcement on shopim.pl.
