Section 1 – Definitions

• Software — the ShopIm desktop application for Windows, available as a Trial edition and a Full (paid) edition.
• License — a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software granted to a single end user on up to 2 devices.
• Developer — Szymon Kowalak, Cegielskiego Estate 7/10, 62-020 Swarzędz, Poland. Contact: contact@shopim.pl.
• Payment Processor — LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA), acting as Merchant of Record for all transactions, including invoicing and VAT handling. LemonSqueezy Terms: lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
• User — any individual or legal entity using the Software.
• Trial Edition — a free version of the Software with the following restrictions: active for 30 days from the date of first installation, limited to 50 files per processing session. All exported files include a visible "ShopIm TRIAL" watermark.

Section 2 – License Grant

Upon purchase and activation of a license key, the User is granted a non-exclusive license to:

• install and run the Software on up to 2 devices simultaneously,
• use all features of the Software without time or usage restrictions,
• install updates released during the product's supported lifecycle.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, lease, modify, or decompile the Software.

Section 3 – Trial Edition

The Trial Edition is available free of charge. Downloading it requires providing an email address (added to the notification list — see Privacy Policy). The following restrictions apply:

• active period: 30 calendar days from the date of first installation,
• processing limit: up to 50 files per session,
• all exported files include a visible tiled "ShopIm TRIAL" watermark.

Once the trial period expires or the file limit is reached, continued use requires purchasing a license.

Section 4 – Purchase and Payment

Licenses are sold through LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. The purchase price is $39 USD (one-time, no recurring fees). Transactions are processed in US dollars — the equivalent amount in other currencies depends on the exchange rate at the time of payment. A VAT invoice is issued automatically by LemonSqueezy and delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Section 5 – License Activation and Transfer

After purchase, the User receives a unique license key. Activation takes place within the application by entering the key while connected to the internet. A license may be deactivated on one device and transferred to another — either from within the application's settings or by contacting us at contact@shopim.pl.

Section 6 – Updates

Software updates are provided free of charge during the product's supported lifecycle. The Developer reserves the right to modify features or discontinue support for a given version with at least 90 days' notice.

Section 7 – Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is." The Developer is not liable for:

• loss of User data (regular backups are recommended),
• interruptions caused by operating system updates or third-party software,
• indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Software.

The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the license.

Section 8 – Refund Policy

Full details are available in the Refund Policy. In short: refunds are available within 60 days of purchase, for the full purchase amount, no questions asked. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record.

Section 9 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's place of business, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Section 10 – Changes to These Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms. Users with an active license will be notified of any material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
