Write to contact@shopim.pl with the subject "Refund" and your order number (found in your confirmation email from LemonSqueezy).
We'll reply and forward your request to LemonSqueezy on your behalf. You don't need to contact them separately.
Funds are returned to the payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record — the exact timing depends on your bank.
A refund may be declined only in cases of clear abuse of this policy — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same person for the purpose of using the application without paying. In such cases, we will notify you in writing.
Under EU consumer law, purchases of digital software are generally exempt from the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the download has begun — provided the buyer has given explicit consent before purchase (Art. 38, Directive 2011/83/EU). This consent is collected by LemonSqueezy during checkout. That said, our 60-day money-back guarantee goes well beyond the statutory requirement and fully supersedes it. We believe that's a better deal for you than the legal minimum.
